Delivery Information

At checkout you can choose between UPS or BJS delivery with BJS being free. Delivery times do not include weekends. If you have not received within 5 working days (excluding weekends) please let us know.

BJS

Cost: Free
Delivery Time: 2-4 Working Days

This service is highly recommended. BJS are a furniture specialist courier company. They handle with extra care and use two man delivery where needed to lift heavy items carefully. They will contact you by email or phone before delivery to arrange a day and time that is convenient for you to take delivery so there is no chance of you not being in when they come.

UPS

Cost: Calculated At Checkout
Delivery Time: 1-2 Working Days

This service is not recommended unless you particularly need your delivery very urgently. UPS use single drivers and are not furniture specialists.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed and cleared before 1pm will usually be sent the same day Monday to Friday. If you place and order after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend it will not be sent until Monday.

Tracking

You will be emailed your tracking number once your order is dispatched. If you did not receive the email you can login to your account to check the tracking number or if you did not create an account you can use this form to retrieve it: click here
